OUR GUARANTEE

Promises you can hold us to.

Anyone can print 'satisfaction guaranteed' on a website. Here's what it actually means here — clause by clause, in plain English.

Swim-ready, or we come back free

If your water isn't swim-ready between scheduled visits, tell us and we return within 48 hours at no charge — retest, rebalance, whatever it takes. No forms, no arguing about whose fault it is.

Proof of every visit

Every stop ends with a photo report and logged chemistry readings. You'll never wonder whether we came — the evidence lands in your inbox before we've left the driveway.

Inside your window, or you hear from us first

We arrive inside your confirmed time window. If traffic or an emergency repair ever puts that at risk, we tell you before the window starts — not after — and rebook at your priority.

The number we quote is the number you pay

No surprise charges, ever. If we find extra work your pool needs, you get a written quote first and nothing happens until you approve it. Unapproved work is on us, not you.

No contracts. Pause anytime.

Plans are month to month. Pause for a vacation, a remodel, or a reason you don't feel like explaining — one message is all it takes, and your rate is waiting when you come back.

Make-it-right, in writing

Tell us within 48 hours of a visit if something isn't right. We return free. If we still can't make it right, that visit is credited. No fine print maze — that's the whole policy.

HOW TO USE IT

Invoking the guarantee takes one message.

  1. 01

    Tell us

Call, text, or email 510-513-3343 within 48 hours of the visit. A photo helps; a sentence is enough.

  2. 02

    We come back

A return visit is scheduled within 48 hours — ahead of routine stops, because a broken promise outranks a full calendar.

  3. 03

    Still not right? It's credited

If we can't make it right on the return visit, that visit is credited to your account. You decide what's right.

A guarantee means nothing until you test it.
