OUR STORY
We started with one truck and a test kit.
18 years later the truck is newer and the kit is digital. The way we treat your water hasn't changed at all.
THE TIMELINE
Every year, the same promise.
A route built one referral at a time — no billboards, no gimmicks, just water people can see from the street.
2008
One truck, one test kit
Our founder leaves a pool-route job that treated water like an afterthought, buys a used truck, and knocks on doors with a Taylor kit and a promise: test everything, every time.
2011
The first hundred pools
Word travels street by street. The route fills purely on referrals — neighbors comparing water over the fence is still our best marketing channel.
2016
From routes to builds
Clients keep asking who should build their pool. The honest answer becomes us. First in-ground install: finished on schedule, photographed weekly, still serviced by us today.
2020
Certified and insured, properly
CPO® certification for every technician, full liability coverage, and a rule we still keep: nobody touches your water alone until they've run a route beside a senior tech for a full season.
Today
2,400 pools and counting
18 years in, the test kit is digital and the truck is newer. The promise hasn't changed: show up, test everything, leave it better.
THE CREW
The people who'll know your pool by name.
Small team, long tenures, no revolving door of strangers at your gate.

Ray Delacroix
Founder & Master Technician
Still personally tests the first pool of every new route. Old habits.

Miguel Ortega
Senior Service Technician
Keeps 60 pools blue and has strong opinions about pH.

Dana Whitfield
Installations Lead
Has never missed a weekly photo update. Not once. Ask her about it.

HOW WE WORK
Three rules. No fine print.
01Show up.
Same day, same window, same tech. If we're running late, you hear it from us first — with a photo of where we are.
02Test everything.
Seven-parameter chemistry, logged every visit. We don't eyeball water, and we don't guess doses.
03Leave it better.
Gate latched, deck rinsed, equipment checked. The small things are the job, not a bonus.
